About the Author

Porshai’s love for language, diverse cultural roots, and love of God shape her unique writing style. Her original screenwriting What If, Two Families Same Lord, Always Celebrated, and Straight Outta Nazareth provides novice actors the confidence and courage to explore the enchanting world of theater. As an innate optimist and encourager, she started the FB Live broadcast Pearls From Porshai that teaches resilient women how to find strength in the present moment and celebrate 366 days of sunshine.

Porshai is fluent in Spanish and holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

She resides in Colorado and enjoys spending time with her family and friends traveling, horseback riding, and laughing out loud long and often.
